The meeting was called to order at 9:15. Board members present were Susan H Donnelly, Elizabeth A Will, and Geraldine L Walter. Accepted the minutes of August 18, 2009. At approximately 10:00 Deborah Toomey addressed the board regarding Section 5 Excise tax.
